Initial Insights Consultation

The initial consultation is a space for us to connect and understand your unique journey. This precious time allows me to deeply listen to your goals and concerns, and to explore together the most effective path towards healing and well-being. We will work together to cultivate a personalised treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs and aspirations.
Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
£75 or concession rate.
Our psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions draw upon a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and hypnosis for your deep relaxation and focus. This integrated approach empowers you to gain valuable insights into your thought patterns and behaviours, while gently guiding you to shift your focus towards your desired future. By aligning your actions and intentions with your goals, we work together to cultivate a sense of inner peace and create a life that feels truly fulfilling.
Mind Reimagined Workshops
£40 pp - 4 x 60 minute sessions.
Mind Reimagined group workshops, offered both in-person and online, invite you on a journey of deeper exploration into specific topics. These enriching sessions blend insightful discussions, practical exercises, and gentle guidance to cultivate greater understanding, autonomy, and awareness. Each class concludes with a soothing guided meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and centred. Facilitated by a dual-qualified Learning and Development Consultant and Therapist, these workshops offer a unique blend of expertise, empowering you to unlock your inner potential.
